• Which payment methods are available?

  We only accept Bank Transfer, Paypal and Cash

• Can I try out your products ?

  Our experience is over 25 years and therefore there is no need to try our products.
  Our products are only distributed to medical doctors who got a successful training with Inventors as Official Trainers selected by us in accordance with the Distributor. 

• Can we collaborate?

  • The collaboration can only begin if you organise a workshop at your place with all fees at your charge.
  • The agreement with exclusivity can only start after a minimum volume of sales, enough workshops 
    ( like one each 2 months) and without any payment failure for at least 6 months - 1 year.

Orders & Shipping

• International Shipment

  • We are shipping internationally but in some countries some difficulties may happen with customs clearance.
  • All shipments are EX WORKS.
    The Distributor has to organize himself to avoid problems at customs clearance.
  • Direct Shipments to Russia as Ukraine are possible.

  • Yes

• How long will my order take to arrive?

  • It depends of the way of shipment.

• How can I change my order?

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once agreed by e mail .

Exchanges & Returns

• How can I exchange or return a product?

  • Only if a bottle is broken, you have 48 hours to send us an e mail with a picture and we will do the necessary with the shipment company.
  • In such case do not return the product and we will replace it.

• Where do the materials come from?

  • Switzerland.
